2. To create/ develop Biotechnology Parks, Plug and Play facilities, ancillary support facilities and services to attract biotech industries. 
3. To facilitate an ‘Industry Care’ mechanism, ensuring that all grievances/issues raised by industries about setting up and operating in the State are resolved promptly.
4. To facilitate the timely acquisition of industry-grade electricity, water connection, telecommunication, gas, effluent treatment, waste management, disposal, and other utilities.
